摘　　要：[目的]为改进临床营养工作、合理修订军队住院老干部食物定量标准提供科学依据。[方法]连续15年采用称量法进行膳食营养调查。[结果]食物供给未达军队定量;除1995年及2000年的钙外,其余各营养素和总热能摄入量均达到或高于该人群的RNI。[结论]建议考虑年龄及健康状况等因素适当下调该人群食物定量标准。[Objective] To provide scientific basis for the improvement of clinical work and the rational revision of the said population＇s food quantitative standard. [ Methods] Fifteen-year dietary nutrition was surveyed with the weighing technique. [ Results ] The intake of the food did not still come up to the ration of the army quantitative standard. With the exception of the calcium of 1995 and 2000, the intake of the other nutrients and total thermal energy reached or was higher than the RNI of the said population. [ Conclusion] It was suggested that the food quantitative standard of the army hospitalized veteran cadres be rationally revised.
