宫内膜癌80例临床分析

摘　　要：[目的]观察子宫内膜癌治疗效果和治疗方法对复发的影响。[方法]选择我院2006年1月-2010年1月子宫内膜癌患者80例，根据采取的治疗措施异同，分为单纯手术治疗（单纯手术者）和手术治疗为基础的综合治疗（综合治疗组）。其中单纯手术治疗患者共25例。手术为基础的综合治疗共55例。[结果]①单纯手术组患者1年、3年和5年生存率分别为72．0％、48．0％、24,0％；综合治疗组1年、3年和5年生存率分别为90．9％、67．2％、40．0％。综合治疗组1年、3年和5年生存率分剐与单纯手术组比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。②单纯手术组局部复发率和远处复发率分别为52．0％和36．0％。综合治疗组局部复发率和远处复发率分别为18．2％和20．0％，两组局部复发率和远处复发率比较。差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。[结论]子宫内膜癌并：同治疗方法影响着患者的1年3年和5年生存率及复发，以手术为基础的综合治疗能够提高患者生存率和降低患者局部复发及远处复发，优于单纯手术治疗。[Objective] To investigate the effect which endometrial cancer＇s treatment effect and treatment method have on recurrence. [Methods] A total of.80 endometrial cancer patients in our hospital were selected from January 2006 to January 2010 according to similarities and differences of treatment measures, and they were divided into surgery alone （surgery alone group） and synthetic therapy based on surgical treatment （synthetic therapy group. There were 25 surgery alone patients and 55 synthetic therapy patients. [ Results] （1）Surgery alone patients＇ 1, 3 and 5-year＇s survival rates were 72.0%, 48.0% and 24.0%; the synthetic therapy patients＇ 1, 3 and 5-years＇ survival rates were 90.9%, 67.2% and 40.0%. It was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05） for comparison of 1, 3 and 5-year＇s survival rates between synthetic therapy group and surgery alone group. （2） Surgery alone group＇s local recurrence rate and distant metastasis rates were 52.0% and 36.0%, synthetic therapy group＇s local recurrence rate and distant metastasis rates were 18.2% and 20.0%. It was statistically significant for comparison of two groups＇ local recurrence and distant metastasis rate. [ Conclusion] Different treatment of endometrial cancer affects patients＇ 1, 3 and 5-year＇s survival rate and recurrence. Synthetic therapy based on surgical treatment, which can improve patients＇ survival rate and reduce patients＇ local recurrence rate and distant metastasis, is better than surgery alone.
