摘 要:[目的]通过检测镍铬合金熔附烤瓷冠修复后唾液中镍铬离子的浓度,探讨镍铬合金内冠临床应用的安全性。[方法]选取50名身体健康,口腔内无修复体及金属充填体者作为正常对照组;90名行镍铬合金烤瓷冠修复的患者作为病例组。采用吐唾法收集对照组及病例组晨起无刺激唾液5ml,分别将对照组与病例组以pH试纸分为酸性、中性、碱性3组。利用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪(ICP-MS)测定唾液中镍铬离子浓度。采用SPSS13.0统计软件对检测结果进行统计学分析。[结果]唾液镍含量:病例组与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05);唾液铬含量:病例组与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05);镍离子在酸性、中性、碱性唾液中差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05),在酸性唾液中,对照组与病例组差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05),在中性与碱性唾液中,对照组与病例组差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05);铬离子在酸性、中性、碱性唾液中差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05),在酸性唾液中,对照组与病例组差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05),在中性与碱性唾液中,对照组与病例组差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。[结论]唾液中镍、铬离子的浓度与是否行镍铬合金烤瓷冠修复没有相关性,唾液中镍、铬离子的浓度受唾液pH值影响。[Objective] To evaluate the content of Nickel (Ni) and Chromium (Cr) ion in saliva after wem4ng Ni-Cr based porcelain -fused-metal (PFM) crown, provide data for further clinical use of such alloy. [ Methods] 50 healthy cases were selected as control group; 90 cases who were treated by Ni-Cr-Based porcelain-fused-to-metal crown were selected as experimental group. 5ml saliva without stimulate was collected from experimental group and the control group in the morning, the saliva from control group and experimental group were divided into acidic, neutral and alkaline three groups by Ph Test Strips.The content of Ni and Cr in saliva were detected by Inductively coupled plasma-mass spectmetry (ICP-MS) in the control group and the experimental group after wearing PFM. Used SPSS 13.0 statistical software for analysis of the test results. [ Results] Nickel content in saliva: there was no difference between experimental group and the control group (P 〉 0.05) ; chromium content in saliva: there was no difference between experimental group and the control group (P 〉 0.05) ; the concen- tration of nickel ion were significant difference among the acidic, neutral and alkaline saliva (P 〈 0.05), there was significant difference between the control group and the experimental group in the acidic saliva group (P〈 0.05), and there was no significant difference between the control group and experimental group in the neutral and alkaline saliva (P 〉 0.05) ; the concentration of chromium ion had significant difference among the acidic, neutral and alkaline saliva (P 〈 0.05), there was significant difference between the control group and the experimental group in the acidic saliva group (P〈 0.05), and there was no signifi- cant difference between the control group and the experimental group in the neutral and alkaline saliva group (P 〉 0.05). [Conclusion] The contents of Ni and Cr ion in saliva are not rclated with the Ni-Cr based porcelain -fused-metal (PFM) crown
