血清胃癌相关抗原MG7-Ag联合PG的检测对胃癌早期诊断的意义

摘　　要：[目的]了解血清胃癌相关抗原MG7-Ag联合PG在胃癌早期诊断中的应用,探讨血清胃癌相关抗原MG7-Ag联合PG检测在早期胃癌诊断中的临床价值,探寻血清胃癌相关抗原MG7-Ag联合PG的检测对胃癌早期诊断的意义。[方法]将60例存在胃黏膜病变的患者和60例健康对照组者使用酶联免疫吸附法对其MG7,A,C的含量进行检测,然后对3个指标对早期胃癌诊断的临床价值及与其生物学行为的关系进行分析。[结果]与健康对照组相比,病变患者的sMG7-Ag的含量从浅表性胃炎到胃癌呈递增趋势,相互间相比差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);而sPGA含量从浅表性胃炎到胃癌则呈递减趋势,sPGC含量则呈升高趋势,但相互间比较差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05);然而相互间的sPGA/sPGC值差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);与健康对照组相比,病变组的MG7-Ag,PGA,PGC,MG7-Ag+PGA,MG7-Ag+PGC,PGA+PGC,MG7-Ag+PGA+PGC的阳性检出率差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。[结论]MG7-Ag,PGA,PGC对早期胃癌的诊断效果明显,因此可以作为早期诊断主要指标。[ Objective ] To understand the serum of gastric cancer associated antigen M（;7-Ag combined PG in diagnosis of gastric cancer, explore its clinic effect in early diagnosis, and discuss the effect of the serum of gastric cancer associated antigen MG7-Ag combined with PG in diagnosis of gastric cancer. [Methods] 60 patients presented with gastric mucosal le- sions in patients and 60 healthy control group, to use enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay for its MGT, A, C levels were de- tected, and then the three indicators of the clinical value of early diagnosis of gastric cancer and its biological Analysis of the relationship between learning behavior. [ Results] Compared with healthy control group, lesions in patients with sMGT-Ag lev- els from superficial gastritis to gastric cancer showed an increasing trend, compared with each other statistically significant dif- ference, P 〈 0.05 ; and sPGA content from superficial gastritis to then showed a decreasing trend in gastric cancer, sPGC con- tent tended to increase while, but there was no significant difference, P 〉 0.05; However, inter-sPGA/sPGC value showed statistically significant difference, P 〈 0.05 ; Compared with healthy control group, the lesions of the MGT-Ag, PGA, PGC, MGT-Ag ＋ PGA, MGT-Ag ＋ PGC, PGA ＋ PGC, MGT-Ag ＋ PGA ＋ PGC showed positive, and there was significant difference （P 〈 0.05）. [Conclusion] MGT-Ag, PGA and PGC had significant effect in diagnosis of early gastric cancer, and it can be used as indicators of early diagnosis.
