摘  要:鉴于培养基刚度对细胞粘附力与形变有着显著的影响,为了找出并解释培养基力学参数对细胞粘附行为的影响,本文尝试提出了一种伪足-基质绑定的力学模型。在该模型中,粘附力由处于粘附区域并连接细胞表面和培养基表面的弹簧所表示,细胞和培养基则分别由弹性壳体和固体所描述。通过改变细胞和培养基刚度,可以得到不同细胞在不同力学环境下的粘附结果,并通过已知试验结果得到验证。As the stiffness of substrate changes cell adhesion and deformation results significantly,in order to find out the interaction between cell adhesion and substrate's properties,this paper presented a model based on "receptor-ligand binding".Adhesion force is presented by the springs here which connect the cell membrane and substrate surface in the adhesion zone.Cell and substrate are described as elastic shell and solid respectively.By varying the modulus of cell and substrate,adhesion results of different cell living in different environments can be obtained and these results can be validated by comparing to well known experimental results.
