摘　　要：人际情报网络是应情报工作需要而建立的一种人际网络,是竞争情报工作和竞争情报系统的重要组成部分,是企业赢得竞争优势和提升企业核心竞争力的重要途径,因此研究人际情报网络具有一定的意义和价值。然而在时间维上,人际情报网络无论是其节点自身的性质,还是其节点与节点之间的关系,都是在不断变化的,也就是说人际情报网络其在本质上是动态变化的,然而当前有关动态人际情报网络的研究却较少,为进一步深化对人际情报网络的研究,本文对人际情报网络的动因进行了探讨,指出其动态机理,以期为动态人际情报网络的研究提供理论基础。Human intelligence network is a kind of human network to meet the needs of information work.The human intelligence network is one part of the competitive intelligence system,which is an important way for enterprises to get the competitive advantages and enchance their core competitiveness,so there are certain values to research on the human intelligence network.As we know,both the nodes＇ nature and the relationships between them are changing over time, that＇ s to say human intelligence network is dynamic in nature,however,the research on it is very little.To further deepen the research on human intelligence network,this paper has discussed the motivation on it and propsed its dynamic mechanism to provide the theoretical basis for the research on the dynamic human intelligence network.
