摘  要:介绍了蔬菜科学技术的概念,阐述了全球气候变暖对蔬菜生产、蔬菜品种多样性的影响及应对气候变化蔬菜学科面临的问题。在此基础上,提出了蔬菜学科应对全球气候变暖的对策:加强蔬菜生产布局规划研究;培育抗逆性强的蔬菜新品种;发展蔬菜工程学理论和技术体系;发展蔬菜物流、加工和综合利用技术。At first, the concepts of vegetable science and technology were introduced. Then, the influences of global warming on vegetable production and diversity of vegetable varieties were expounded, and the problems in responding to climate changes that vegetable subject faced to were analyzed. According to these problems, the countermeasures for vegetable subject responding to global warming were proposed as follows: strengthening studies on layout planning for vegetable production; breeding new vegetable varieties with strong stress resistance; developing vegetable engineering theory and technology system; developing logistics, processing and comprehensive utilization techniques for vegetable.
