大型海藻生物质气化的建模与计算

摘  要:采用Aspen Plus流程模拟软件对以条浒苔为代表的大型海藻的气化进行数值模拟。研究了海藻气化炉的重要相关参数(即条浒苔含水量、氧气条浒苔比、气化温度、氧气浓度)对气化结果的影响。结果显示:随着条浒苔含水量的增加,合成气的有效成分(H_2+CO)总含量减少;当氧气条浒苔比为0.56时,气化温度增大到800℃,合成气中(H_2+CO)的摩尔比例达到最大值;氧气的纯度提高,有利于合成气中有效成分的增加。The simulation of the gasification of the Green seaweed, which takes enteromorpha clathrata as a representation, was built. The effect of some important parameters such as water content of enteromorpha clathrata, oxygen/enteromorpha clathrata mass ratio, gasification temperature and the concentration of oxygen was studied. With- in the calculation range, the percentage of main components, H2 + CO, increased as the water concentration decreases. The mole fraction of H2 + CO comes to a max value, when oxygen/enteromorpha clathrata ratio is about 0. 56 and the gasification temperature rise to 800℃. Increaseing the the concentration of oxygen will also do help to increase the percentage of the useful component of the syngas.
