摘  要:目的:为分析水质样品中菌落总数的不确定度的来源,提高检测结果准确度,减少实验室误差。方法:采用检测结果对数值标准偏差的合并样本标准差来评定。结果:检测结果表明合并样本标准差为0.044,扩展不确定度为0.065。结论:采用该方法进行评定方便、实用,可随时将新的检测数据合并到样本中,更新其不确定度的取值范围。Objective: Evaluation is made to analyze the factors that can influence the uncertainty level in colony counting detection of water samples,to improve the accuracy of the testing result and to reduce the lab error.Methods: Evaluate the error difference between the testing error and the standard error of the blended samples.Results: The standard error of the blended samples was 0.044 and its extended uncertainty level was 0.065.Conclusion: This testing approach is more convenient and practical, new testing data can be added into the blended samples,which can renew its range of the uncertainty level.
