低角膜内皮细胞密度白内障行超声乳化手术的效果

摘　　要：目的评价低角膜内皮细胞密度的白内障行超声乳化手术的手术效果，探讨手术中减少角膜内皮细胞损失的方法。方法31例（35眼）角膜内皮细胞密度〈1000个／mm2的白内障行超乳＋人工晶状体植入术。观察术后视力和角膜内皮细胞计数改变及手术并发症。结果所有患眼术后视力均有提高。术后最佳矫正视力≥0．3者32眼占91．4％，≥0．5者19眼占57．1％。无角膜，火代偿等并发症出现。角膜内皮细胞损失率6％～11％，平均8．5％。结论部分低角膜内皮细胞密度门内障行超乳＋人工品状体植入术是安全的，视力效果较好。Objective To evaluate surgical effect of phacoemulsification （Phaco） technique for cataract patient with low （orneal endothelial cell density,and to discuss the methods to reduce the corneal endothelial cell lossing. Methods Cataract patients （35 eyes） with corneal endothelial cell density lower than 1000/mm2 undenvent Phaco and intraocular lens implantation（ Phaco ＋ IOL）. The changes of visual acuity, corneal cndothelial celt counting and the surgical complications were observed. Results The visual actiuy improved in all eyes 3 months after the operation. The best corrected visual acuity（BCVA） higher than 0.3 in 32 eyes（91.4% ） and higher than 0.5 in 19 eyes （57.1% ）. No corneal decompensation was observed. The loss ratio of corneal endothelial cells density was 6% -11% （ mean 8.5% ）. Conclusion Some cataract patients with corneal endothelial cell density lower than 1000/mm2 can gain better visual acuity with Phaco ＋ IOL.
