摘　　要：目的探讨超声乳化白内障吸出联合人工晶状体植入术在晶状体半脱位白内障手术中的应用。方法对15例（15眼）行超声乳化白内障吸出联合人工晶状体植入术。结果术后视力0．4～0．8者9眼，0．1～0．3者5眼，0．08以下者1眼。结论超声乳化白内障吸出联合人工状体植入术，是晶状体半脱位白内障的有效的手术方法。Objective To study the efficiency of phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation in the treatment of subluxated lens with cataract. Methods Phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation was performed on 15 eyes of 15patients. Results The postoperative visual acuity was 0.4 or better in 9 eye, 0.1 - 0.3 in 5 eyes and less than 0.08 in 1 eye. Conclusion Phacoemulsification for treatment of subluxated lens with cataract might be a preferable approach.
