摘 要:以自制的纳米锑掺杂氧化锡(ATO)粉体以及Bayhydrol XP 2593水性聚氨酯(PU)分散体为原料,将KH-550表面改性后的纳米ATO-丁二醇浆料、水性PU与助剂等共混复配,制得分散稳定的水性纳米ATO/聚氨酯复合涂料。在玻璃上进行ATO/PU复合涂料的应用实验,结果表明:涂膜铅笔硬度可达H、划格附着力可达1级。紫外-可见-近红外光谱分析表明:制得的ATO/PU复合涂料涂膜玻璃的可见光透过率可达83.24%,红外阻隔率达到约70%;经该ATO/PU复合涂膜处理的绝热室能降温达6℃。A dispersion stability water-based nano-ATO/PU composite coating was prepared in this study by the nano-Antimony doped Tin Oxide (ATO) and the water-based Polyurethane (PU) dispersion of Bayhydrol XP 2593. After the surface modification by silane coupling agent of KH-550, the nano-ATO-butanediol slurry was mixed with water-based PU of Bayhydrol XP 2593 and other additives. The mechanical and optical properties of the obtained nano-ATO/PU composite coating were studied by series film tests. The results showed that the pencil hardness of the film was up to H, while the adhesion was up to grade 1. The visible light transmission and the IR blocking rate were about 83% and 70% , respectively. The heat insulating box treated by the coating can be cooled up to 6℃ compared to the untreated one. Thus, the obtained nano-ATO/PU composite coating has good transmission and excellent heat insulation effects, which will have a wide application prospect in current energy shortage market.
