摘　　要：阐述了共享领导理论的形成背景、概念、核心要素、适合应用的领域及其优势。并着重分析了国内外医疗卫生组织领导力相关研究的历史,特别是共享领导在此领域的应用情况。This paper reviews the histm＇ical development of leadership them＇y, describes the background of shared leadership, as well as its concept, core elements, and its advantages for field applications. The paper focuses on the domestic and international medical research about leadership among health organization, especially the application of shared leadership in this field.
