冰上教学中女生畏惧心理产生机制与对策

摘　　要：在冰上教学实践中,常常遇到初学者女生因担心摔倒而产生畏惧心理,通过对高校冰上课教学中女生初学者畏惧心理产生的主客观因素进行分析,提出目的明确、正视困难、相互交流,以快促慢、形式新颖、方法得当、合理安排、区别对待,以及遵循循序渐进的教学原则、采用"忘却法",消除害怕心理、加强专项身体训练与掌握动作技术有机地结合起来等消除主客观影响等措施,从而消除冰上教学中女生的畏惧心理,提高冰上课教学中女生初学者的教学质量。In practice of ice teaching, the schoolgirls often beget fear psychology because of worrying about tumble at the beginning. By analyzing the subjective and objective factors of resulting in their fear psychology in college skating curriculum, the paper suggests some countermeasures to overcome the influence as follows： by having reasonably arrangement with novel form, proper method and sequence, the teaching principle should be motivated to help them face up to the difficulty and cooperate to accelerate slow student by the aid of fast one ; it maybe relieve their fear psychology with the method of forgetting about it, organically combine reinforcing the special physical training with grasping the motional technique. The purpose is to eliminate their fear psychology and improve their ice teaching quality.
