牙周病患者颈动脉内膜中层厚度与可溶性细胞黏附分子的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨牙周病患者颈动脉内膜中层厚度(IMT)与可溶性细胞黏附分子1(sICAM-1)的相关性。方法选择牙周病患者40例(牙周病组),另选择健康体检者40例(对照组),测定2组空腹血糖、空腹胰岛素(FINS)、TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C、sICAM-1水平,采用彩色B超测量IMT,分析影响牙周病患者IMT的可能因素。结果牙周病组患者TC、TG、FINS、sICAM-1及IMT明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。牙周病患者IMT与年龄、TC、TG、LDL-C、sICAM-1、体重指数呈正相关(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论牙周病患者血清sICAM-1水平升高,与动脉粥样硬化的发生有关。Objective To investigate the relationship between carotid intima-media thickness（IMT） and soluble intercellular adhesion molecule I（slCAM-1） in periodontitis patients. Methods Forty cases of periodontitis and 40 cases normal controls（C） were selected. The serum levels of fasting plasma glucose, fasting insulin（FINS）, total eholesterol（TC）, triglyceride（TG）, high density lipo- protein cholesterol,low density lipoprotein cholesterol, slCAM-1 and IMT were examined. Results TC,TG,FINS,slCAM-1 and IMT were significantly higher in the periodontitis patients than in normal controls（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）. Correlation analysis indicated that IMT was positively cor- related with age, TC, TG, LDL-C, slCAM-1 and body mass index in periodontitis patients（P〈 0. 05,P〈0. 01）. Conclusions High slCAM-1 level is related to development of atherosclerotic disease in periodontitis patients.
