摘　　要：论文阐明了信息伦理、图书馆伦理和图书馆服务伦理三者之间的关系,在此基础上重点探讨图书馆服务伦理的四种责任和三项基本原则,旨在通过图书馆服务伦理的建设,带动相关信息服务单位服务伦理的规范,从而推动整个社会信息服务水平的提升。This paper illustrates the relation among information ethics, library ethics and library services Ethics,mainly discusses four types of responsibility and three basic principles of library service ethics on this basis. It is hoped to construct library service ethics,and drive service ethical standardization of related information services units, thus to promote the level of the whole community information services.
