摘 要:目的:建立山楂药材中熊果酸的含量测定方法。方法:样品用无水乙醇回流提取,提取液滤过,以高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定。采用Kromasil C18(150mm×4.6mm,5um)色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-水溶液(pH=3.0,72:18),检测波长为210nm,流速为1.0mL/min,柱温为25℃。结果:熊果酸在2.002 4~20.024μg/mL(r=0.999 8)范围内呈线性;熊果酸平均回收率为99.93%(RSD=0.92%)。结论:该方法简便、准确,重现性好,适用于山楂药材中熊果酸的质量控制。Objective:To establish a method to the content of ursolic acid in Fructus Crataegi Pinnatifidae.Methods:The sample was extracted with absolute EtOH under reflux,and then the extract solution was filtered.HPLC was used for determinating of ursolic acid in Fructus Crataegi Pinnatifidae.The HPLC system consisted of Kromasil C18(150×4.6mm,5um),mobile phase of acetonitrile-water(pH=3.0)(72:18)mixture,with detection at 210 nm,flow rate 1.0mL/min,column temperature 25℃.Results:The linear range of determination of ursolic acid was 2.002 4~20.024μg(r=0.999 8),respectively,The average recovery and RSD value of ursolic acid were 99.93% and 0.92%.Conclusion:The method is simple,accurate and with good reproducibility,for quality control of Fructus Crataegi Pinnatifidae.
