摘　　要：实践能力和创新精神是对新时期高素质人材的基本要求。文章以实验教学的目标为切入点,研究了目前实验教学的问题,提出了优化实验教学的整体思路,并给出培养学生实践和创新能力的方法和手段。Practical ability and creative spirit is the basic requirement of high--quality talent in the new period. The beginning of the article is the goal of experiment teaching, researched of the current problems of experiment teaching, proposed to optimize the overall idea of experiment teaching and give ways and means of train student capacity of practical and innovative.
