摘　　要：文章根据复杂系统理论观点,分析了物流企业集群服务创新系统的构成要素,及其行为演化的框架体系;基于复杂系统涌现机理,构建了物流企业集群服务创新行为演化的状态层级模型;最后以天津保税物流园区为例进行案例分析,剖析其创新演化过程,期望为天津以至我国物流企业集群的发展提供一定的借鉴。According to the theory of complex adaptive system,this paper analyses the service innovation system components of logistics enterprise clusters and the behavior evolution framework of the system.Based on the emergence mechanism of a complex system,this paper builds a hierarchical state model for the service innovation behavior evolution of logistics enterprise clusters.Taking Tianjin＇ Bonded Logistics Park as an example,this paper discusses its evolution process.It is hoped that this paper can provide a certain direction for the logistics enterprise clusters＇ development.
