摘　　要：本文通过对天津图书馆视听文献外借室2009-2010年流通量的统计,分析公共图书馆的读者需求倾向,并就如何加强视听文献资料建设,提高服务质量和服务意识,更好地发挥公共图书馆的职能作用等进行了探讨。Based on statistical analysis of liquidity of audio-visual documents from 2009 to 2010 in Tianjin Library, this paper studies the need tend of readers, discusses how to strengthen the construction of audio-visual resources, improve service quality and service awareness, and give better play to the functions of libraries.
