摘 要:美国为保证适应体育教师队伍建设保持世界领先地位,促进适应体育教师长期的专业发展,规范适应体育教育入职资格管理,实施了适应体育教师职业资格认证制度,分别设定四种不同类别的认证类别和条件。同时,美国教育标准化运动促进了美国国家层面的《国家适应体育教育标准》的研制和实施,对适应体育教师教育提出十五条专业要求。这些标准和要求保障了适应体育教师职业持续发展和适应体育教育高质量的实施,对我国学校体育师资建设有一定的启示。For the guarantee of keeping the construction of teaching staff of the adapted education ahead in the world and promoting their long - term professional development Ameica regulates the management of qualification on board and implements the system of professional qualification certification for the adapted physical education teachers, which sets 4 different kinds of certification types and condtions. Meanwhile, the movement of American teachers standardization promotes resareh and enforcement of National Standards for Adapted Physical Education in the national level and puts forward 15 professional requirements. These standards and requirements guarantee the sustainable development and the enforcement of high quality. This can give enlightment to China' s construction of school physical education staff.
