喉鳞癌中Galectin-3蛋白的表达及意义

摘　　要：目的检测Galectin-3蛋白在喉鳞癌中的表达,探讨其在喉鳞癌发生发展中的作用。方法应用免疫组织化学法检测62例喉鳞癌组织、50例喉鳞状上皮不典型增生、50例喉鳞状上皮良性增生及42例正常喉鳞状上皮粘膜中Galectin-3的表达差别,并探讨其与临床病理特征的关系。结果 Galectin-3蛋白阳性表达主要定位于细胞浆,Galectin-3蛋白在正常喉粘膜、上皮良性增生、不典型增生及喉鳞癌中的表达阳性率呈增高趋势;Galectin-3蛋白的表达与肿物大小及有无甲状软骨累及密切相关。结论 Galectin-3蛋白在喉鳞癌组织中表达上调,Galectin-3蛋白可能在喉鳞癌癌变过程中起重要作用,术后检测可能对预判断预后有一定价值。Objective To detect the expression of Galectin-3 protein,and investigate the significance on occurrence and development in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma.Methods The study included 62 cases of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma as experimental group,50 cases of atypical hyperplasia,50 cases of benign hyperplasia lesion,42 cases of normal squmous epithelium as control group.We detected the expression of Galectin-3 in different clinical characters by using IHC.Results The expression of Galectin-3 was highest in the laryngeal squmous cell carinoma.The expression of Galectin-3 was correlated with tumor volume and invasion.Conclusion The higher-expression of Galectin-3 is found in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma.Galectin-3 may promote the occurrence and development in neoplasm.The detection of Galectin-3 should be helpful to predict the prognosis in laryngeal squmous cell carcinoma.
