建设中原经济区背景下河南省红色旅游教育功能的发挥

摘　　要：中原崛起,文化先行,红色旅游教育功能的发挥必将促进中原经济区战略中文化产业的建设。通过对河南省红色旅游资源禀赋的分析,盘存了河南省发展红色旅游的基础要素以及目前存在诸多影响红色旅游教育功能发挥的障碍。为促使红色旅游教育功能的充分发挥,提出了完善基础设施、整合多种资源、挖掘资源内涵、打造精品、区域联合、加强宣传6个方面的对策。The rising of central plains goes after culture,and red-tourism will definitely promote the construction of culture in the strategy of planning the central economic district.This paper makes an inventory of the basic elements in developing Henan red-tourism through the analysis of its resources,but barriers also exist at present.In order to develop red-tourism to the full,the author puts forward six countermeasures as perfecting infrastructure,integrating resources,mining connotation,creating refined works,allying regions and intensifying publicity.
