摘 要:采用西安热工研究院有限公司开发的煤粉着火试验炉以及一维火焰炉进行试验,研究了高水分扎赉诺尔煤与国内典型烟煤的掺烧性能。结果表明,扎赉诺尔煤燃烧性能优异,烟煤掺烧扎赉诺尔煤后混煤的着火稳定性以及燃烧效率提高;扎赉诺尔煤具有严重的结渣倾向,混煤的结渣性是决定扎赉诺尔煤掺烧比例的重要因素。提出了烟煤锅炉安全、经济地燃用扎赉诺尔煤的运行优化措施,以及制粉系统优化运行和防爆措施。Adopting the pulverized coal ignition test furnace developed from TPRI,as well as the one-dimensional flame furnace,the mixedly burning behavior of the high-moisture Zhalainoer coal with typical bituminite in china has been studied.Results show that the combustion behavior of Zhalainoer coal is superior,after mixedly burning Zhalainoer coal with bituminite,the ignition stability and combustion efficiency of the mixed coal have been improved.The Zhalainoer coal boasts serious slagging tendency,the slagging behavior of mixed coal is an important factor for determining the mixedly burning ratio of Zhalainoer coal.Some operation-optimizing measures for safely and economically burning Zhalainoer coal in the bituminite-fired boilers have been put forward.
