摘　　要：科研诚信缺失是现在学术界研究和政府关注的热点问题.首先梳理了科研诚信缺失行为的概念内涵,然后探讨了影响科研诚信缺失行为的影响要素,最后对这些要素进行了实证检验和结构方程模型分析.研究发现:科研工作者周围的诚信环境、竞争压力、科研收益、资金规范状况及科研能力将显著影响其科研诚信行为.The lack of scientific integrity of the researchers has become one of the hot topics of the government and academia.This paper first reviews the scientific connotations of the concept of the lack of scientific integrity.Then the factors inducing the lack of scientific integrity are discussed.Finally,an empirical test and SEM are presented to analyze the validity of these elements.The major finding is that factors such as integrity context,pressure from competitive environment,profits of scientific research,fund norms and conditions and scientific research ability have a significant impact on scientific integrity of the researchers.
