摘　　要：本文构建了高新企业自主创新能力评价指标体系和因子分析模型,对鄱阳湖生态经济区不同所有制高新企业的自主创新能力进行因子分析与实证研究。文中将鄱阳湖生态经济区不同所有制企业归为四类:国有企业类、私营企业类、外资企业类、有限公司类,分别给出了四类企业自主创新能力的相对状况和存在的主要问题,并针对各类企业的现状和问题提出相应的对策与建议。This paper has set up the model of evaluation index system and factor analysis of independent innovation ability of high-tech enterprises and conducted factor analysis and empirical research on the independent innovation ability of high-tech enterprises with different ownership system in Poyang Lake ecological Economic Zone.This Paper classifies the enterprises with different ownership system into four types： the state-owned enterprises,the privately owned enterprises,the foreign capital enterprises,and the limited corporations,and proposes respective relative situation and existing main problems of independent innovation ability of four types of enterprises,and comes up with corresponding countermeasures and suggestions aimed at the situation and the problems of each type of enterprise.
