摘　　要：为找出油茶果工业化脱青皮的方法,针对其物料特性和脱青皮要求,分析对比常用脱皮机的结构原理及适用范围,确定了油茶果脱青皮机结构方案并设计出一种复合式油茶果脱青皮机。该机脱皮效果好,脱皮率达98%;结构简单,生产效率高,实现了油茶果脱青皮的机械化。To find out an industrialized green camellia fruit peeling method, in view of the material properties and green skin peeling requirements, the structural principle and application range of commonly used peeling machines are compared and analyzed, the structural plan of a green camellia fruit peeling machine is determined and a complex camellia fruit peeling machine is designed. The machine features good peeling effect, 98% peeling rate; simple structure as well as high production efficiency and realizes mechanized camellia fruit peeling operation.
