摘　　要：毕业研究生的职业发展质量、个人职业发展与所受研究生教育的关系是研究生教育理论与实践的重要课题,也是最近几年中外学术界和国际组织日益关注的热点问题之一。对该领域中外30年的研究发展进行总结,是推进该领域研究的基础工作之一,也是本文的主旨。在简述国内外相关研究的基础上,归纳了该类研究的要素选取、主要研究方法现状,最后,对该领域研究的发展趋势提出了初步看法。The relationship between the quality of professional development, the career development and the background of graduate education is an important source from which the issues of the graduate education theory and practice come. Summarizing the researeh and development of latest 30 years in the field at home and abroad, is one of the basic work to promote the research in this field, and is also the purpose of this article. Based on introducing the relevant research at home and abroad, this article has summarized and compared the status quo of element - selecting and major researoh methods of such studies and predicted the development trend of the study.
