摘　　要：《内经》案例教学与传统病案教学法有区别,案例教学是《内经》理论联系临床的桥梁,教学案例的选择立足于《内经》理论,精心设计案例教学环节,彰显《内经》学术思想及其诊治原则对临床实践的指导意义,《内经》课程特点及教学改革凸现案例教学的必要性。Case methods of teaching is one of case be used in teaching,Case methods of teaching be used in the teaching of Nei Jing is deferent from traditional case teaching,Case methods of teaching should be a good bridge between clinic practice and theory of Nei Jing,the choice of case depend on the theory of Nei Jing and elaborately design the process of teaching,then pay more attention to the guiding action of Nei Jing to clinic practice and show It is necessary measure that Case methods of teaching be used in the teaching of Nei Jing.
