中医团体情志疗法治疗乳腺癌术后抑郁障碍的研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨中医团体情志疗法对乳腺癌术后抑郁障碍患者抑郁水平和生活质量的影响。方法:将62例乳腺癌术后抑郁障碍患者随机分两组,每组各31例。对照组接受常规乳腺癌药物治疗,治疗组除接受常规药物治疗同时参加为期8周、每周1次的中医团体情志疗法。结果:对照组与治疗组均表现为汉密顿抑郁量表分值降低,乳腺癌生活质量量表分值升高。两组间比较,HAMD改善程度治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.01);在生活质量方面,FACT-B整体生活质量尤其情感状况,治疗组改善程度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。在生理状况、社会/家庭状况、功能状况和附加关注模块两组的改善程度无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:中医团体情志疗法可以有效缓解乳腺癌术后抑郁障碍病人的抑郁水平,提高整体生活质量,尤其在情感方面。Objective： To study TCM group emotional therapy effect on the depression level and quality of life of postoperative breast cancer patients with depressive disorders.Methods：62 Patients were randomly divided into two groups with 31 patients each.The control group were given conventional medicine for breast caner,while the treatment group were given conventional medicine and TCM group emotional therapy once per week for eight weeks.Results：After eight-week TCM group emotional therapy,all patients have lower Hamilton Depression Scale（HAMD） score and higher Functional Assessment of Cancer Therapy-Breast（FACT-B） score.In terms of HAMD,the treatment group were obviously better than that of the control group（P0.01）;in respect of quality of life,the treatment group were obviously better than that of the control group（P0.05） in the module of FACT-B,especially the mental condition.However,the two groups have no significant difference in other modules of FACT-B,such as physical condition,social/family condition,functional status and additional attention（P0.05）.Conclusion：TCM group emotional therapy can effectively alleviate the depression level of postoperative breast cancer patients with depressive disorders,and enhance quality of life,especially the emotional state.
