摘 要:目的:观察绿豆提取物蛋白A与蛋白B对染铅大鼠肾功能及抗氧化活性的影响。方法:建立染铅大鼠模型,连续给药30天,测定血肌酐、血尿素氮及血尿酸、血清SOD及MDA。结果:绿豆蛋白B(30g/kg)对能降低染铅大鼠血肌酐、血尿素氮及血尿酸含量(P<0.05),绿豆蛋白A(15g/kg)、绿豆蛋白B(30g/kg)均能显著性降低染铅大鼠的血清MDA含量,绿豆蛋白B(30g/kg)显著性提高染铅大鼠的血清SOD活力(P<0.05)。结论:绿豆蛋白对染铅大鼠具有一定的改善肾功能及提高抗氧化的作用。Objective:To observe the Greenbeans protein A and B on kidney function and antioxidant activity in rats by lead.Methods:SCr,BUN and UA,serum SOD and MDA were tested after the lead-exposed rats were continuous administration of 30d.RESULTS: The Greenbeans protein B(30g/kg) could reduce lead exposure in rats on SCr,BUN and UA(P0.05),then Greenbeans protein A(15g/kg) and B(30g/kg) both could significantly reduce serum MDA,and Greenbeans protein B(30g/kg) was significantly increased serum SOD activity(P0.05).Conclusion:The Greenbeans protein in rats by lead had some improvements to improve kidney function and antioxidant effect.
