益气活血化痰方对缺血性中风患者脑细胞保护作用的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:通过对益气活血化痰方治疗缺血性中风病人的临床研究,评价益气活血化痰方的临床疗效,探讨该药可能的作用机理,并为该药的进一步推广应用提供临床依据。方法:将符合纳入标准的缺血性中风病人59例随机分为两组。对照组28例,给予缺血性中风常规治疗,治疗组31例,在对照组治疗的基础上加服益气活血化痰方。2周为1个疗程,分别于治疗前、治疗后评定临床疗效和神经功能缺损程度;并检测神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)、内皮素(ET)水平。结果:益气活血化痰方治疗缺血性中风总有效率为90.32%,明显优于对照组(78.57%),具有显著性差异(P<0.05);中医证候疗效方面,益气活血化痰方总有效率为90.33%,明显优于对照组(82.14%),具有显著性差异(P<0.05);治疗后,治疗组中医证候积分与对照组比较,显著降低,具有极显著性差异(P<0.01);治疗组神经功能缺损评分与对照组比较显著降低,具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。治疗组NSE、ET,较对照组显著降低(P<0.05)。结论:益气活血化痰方治疗缺血性中风安全有效,其可能的机理与神经元内皮细胞保护作用有关。Objective：By observing Yiqi Huoxue Huatan Formula＇s clinical application for treatment on the Cerebral Isehaemic Stroke（CIS）,we verified the effect of Yiqi Huoxue Huatan Formula in clinical and explored its mechanism of treatment on CIS,furthermore,the evidence for clinical popularization of the therapy can be provided.Methods：According to diagnosis standards in the study,59 patients were randomly classified into two groups：the comparison group with 28 cases were given medicine to treat regularly,the therapy group with 31 cases were given Yiqi Huoxue Huatan Formula besides the medicine as the same as the comparison group.The period of treatment contains two weeks.The nerve functions deficiency and the clinic grade of stroke were evaluated,then the level of neuron-specific enolase（NSE） and endothelin（ET） were compared respectively before treatment and post-treatment between two groups.Results：On the clinical effect,the total effective rate of the therapy group treated with the Yiqi Huoxue Huatan Formula was 90.32%,which exceeded obviously that of the comparison group（78.57%）.On the Chinese traditional medicine symptom of CIS,the total effective rate of the Yiqi Huoxue Huatan Formula was 90.33%,which was highly prior to that of the comparison group（82.14%）,and the difference index was in statistics（P0.05）.The difference was remarkable in the scores of nerve function deficiency（P0.05）.Simultaneously,there was remarkable decrease of the levels of NSE and ET in the therapy group in contrast with that of the comparison group（P0.05）.Conclusion：YiqiHuoxue Huatan Formula＇s clinical effect in the treatment of the Cerebral Isehemic Stroke（CIS） is remarkable as well as safe,the possible protective mechanism on cerebral cells is by means of inhibiting NSE and ET releasing.
