摘　　要：企业家是社会经济发展的"发动机",也是社会最稀缺的资源之一。影响我国现代企业家成长的因素是复杂的,环境因素无疑是其中的重要方面,而当前我国现代企业家成长的环境并不理想。克服关键的环境障碍、营造有利于我国现代企业家成长的良好社会生态环境已成为我国经济社会发展的迫切需要。Entrepreneur is the ＂engine＂ for social and economic development,it is also one of the most scarce resources.The factors affecting modern entrepreneurs＇ growth in our country is complex,in which the environmental factor is an important aspect without doubt.However,the current environment of China＇s modern entrepreneurs′ growth is not ideal.It＇s an urgent need for economic and social development to overcome the key environment barriers and build a good social ecological environment in our country.
