摘　　要：目的利用Meta分析方法对舒血宁注射液治疗脑梗死的临床试验进行分析,评价其治疗效果。方法检索1999年~2009年国内发表的舒血宁注射液治疗脑梗死的临床试验文献,对符合条件的文献进行Meta分析。结果 14篇文献被纳入系统评价,其中12篇用于评价临床疗效,总样本量1016例,OR=0.33（0.23,0.46）,舒血宁注射液疗效优于对照组（P〈0.001）,且文献的一致性很好。结论舒血宁注射液对脑梗死治疗有效。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of Shuxuening Injection on cerebral infarction with meta-analysis.Methods The litera-tures about the clinical trials of Shuxuening Injection for the cerebral infarction published domestically between 1999 and 2009 were re-trieved,the selected literatures were meta-analyzed.Results 14 articles were included in the systemic evaluation,and 12 of them were about the clinical efficacy,the total samples were 1016 cases,the value of odds ratio（OR） was 0.33 with the 95% confidence interval from 0.23 to 0.46（P0.001）.The consistency of the literature was well.Conclusion Shuxuening Injection is effective on cerebral infarction.
