农村中小学教师队伍建设的多元走向——基于2010年我国基础教育阶段教师政策文本分析

摘　　要：农村教育是教育均衡化的发展之重,而农村教育的关键在于教师队伍的建设。分析2010年基础教育阶段若干教师政策的文本,可知农村中小学教师队伍的建设呈现多元走向的特点:免费师范生教育政策走向双向保障,国培计划走向价值引领式的教师培训,硕师计划与特岗计划政策走向适度的融合。Rural education is vital in the balanced development of education and the faculty building is the key to rural education.The analysis of the policy texts about the teachers of the basic education stage in 2010 shows the pluralistic trend in the rural primary and secondary school faculty building： the free education policy for normal school students heads towards the two-way guarantee,the national training planning moves towards the value-oriented type of teacher training,the policies for AAMAC（academic adviser to MA candidates） training planning and for special post teachers planning turn into proper coalescence.
