摘　　要：分析了在建设创新型国家的背景下,高职电子信息工程技术专业培养的技能型创新人才定位。重点阐述了在原有电子专业建设的基础上,结合某学院的具体情况,如何校企共建以就业为导向的技能型创新人才培养模式,形成校企融合、项目导向的专业课程体系,以电子产品的生产作为载体,提高学生的创新实践能力。在服务于地方经济建设的创新人才培养方面做了有推广价值的实践探索。This paper analyzed the orientation of cultivating the creative talents of the electronic majors under the higher vocational education in the context of innovation-oriented country. As the focus, based on the original construction and combining with the specific situation, it discussed how to construct the employment-oriented training mode cooperating with the enterprise, how to form the cooperation and project--oriented course system, and how to use electronic products as the carrier to improve the creative skills. The practical exploration in cultivating the creative talents for the local economic development is worth spreading.
