摘　　要：顶岗实习是高职院校实现人才培养目标的一个重要手段,实施过程管理是确保顶岗实习取得实效的关键。从顶岗实习前期、实习期间、实习后期三个阶段入手,分析了过程管理的工作内容及管理办法。Post-based internship is an important means of higher vocational colleges to achieve their goals for talent training and implementing process management constitutes the key to ensuring that post-based internship is fruitful.The paper analyses the content of process management and the methods of management in terms of three stages： the earlier stage of post-based internship,while-internship and the later stage of internship.
