智能记录仪在检测实验教学中的应用

摘　　要：为了加深学生对检测技术中实验环节的理解,采用了HMI液晶终端系统完成了此智能记录仪。根据检测技术中常用的传感器种类和通用的电压、电流及频率等输入信号的特点,设计了多路信号输入调理电路,并利用嵌入式混合信号微处理器C8051F340对输入信号进行了采样,将采集到的数据通过串口送往HMI液晶终端进行直观显示。最后将智能记录仪应用在PT100铂电阻测温实验中,结果表明,智能记录仪在实际应用中具有易用性和实用性。In order to help students understand the experimental part in detection technology, the intelligent recorder by HIM LCD terminal system was designed. Based on the characteristics of the input signal including sensor types, voltage, current and frequency, a multi-channel signal conditioning circuit input was designed, in which C8051F340 mixed-signal embedded microprocessor was used for sampling the input signal and the collected data were sent to HMI LCD visual display terminals through the serial port. The results in the temperature test with PT100 platinum resistance show that the intelligent recorder can improve availability and practicability.
