摘　　要：目的探讨核转录因子-κB(NF-κB)p50、p65 mRNA的表达与食管鳞癌发生、发展的关系。方法应用原位杂交技术检测49份食管鳞癌及33份癌旁不典型增生组织和32份正常食管黏膜组织中NF-κB p50、p65 mRNA的表达情况。结果正常食管黏膜组织、癌旁不典型增生组织及食管鳞癌组织中NF-κB p50及NF-κBp65 mRNA的阳性表达率逐渐增高,组间比较P均<0.05;二者表达与食管鳞癌浸润深度和淋巴结转移均密切相关(P均<0.05)。结论 NF-κB p50、p65 mRNA阳性表达可促进食管鳞癌的浸润及转移。Objective To explore the relationship between the expression of nuclear transcription factor-κB （NF-κB） p50, p65 mRNA and the occurrence, development of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma （ESCC）. Methods The expression of NF-κB p50, p65 mRNA were detected in 49 samples of ESCC, 33 samples of adjacent atypical hyperplastic epithelia and 32 samples of normal esophageal epithelia by in situ hybridization. Results In the tissues of normal esophageal epithelia, adjacent atypical hyperplastic epithelia and ESCC, the expression levels of NF-κB p50and NF-KB p65 mRNA increased gradually（alk P 〈0.05）; the expression of NF-κB p50, p65mRNA were both correlated with the infiltration and lymphatic metastasis of ESCC （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions NF-κB p50, p65 mRNA play important roles in the infiltration and metastasis of ESCC.
