MRP8和亲环素A在喉鳞状细胞癌组织中的表达及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的:研究MRP8和亲环素A(CypA)在喉鳞状细胞癌(LSCC)组织(标本)中的表达及其与LSCC发生、发展的关系。方法:应用免疫组织化学(SP法)染色技术对41例LSCC组织及41例配对癌旁正常组织石蜡标本进行MRP8和CypA的检测,并结合临床资料分析其意义。结果:MRP8和CypA在LSCC和癌旁正常组织表达均差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),在不同阳性等级的构成差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。MRP8在不同年龄段、不同性别和有无颈淋巴结转移的LSCC组织中表达差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),在不同分化程度的LSCC患者组织中表达差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:MRP8的表达与LSCC组织的病理分化程度关系密切。MRP8和CypA在LSCC的发生、发展过程中起重要作用。Objective： To study differential expression of MRP8,CypA protein in the patients of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma（LSCC） and the relationship in the development of LSCC. Method： Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of MRP8,CypA protein in LSCC tissues of 41 cases and matched paraneopla.stic normol tissues of 41 cases,with results compared to the clinical data to determine significance. Result： The expression of MRP8,CypA protein in carcinoma and normal tissues and composition of different positive grades were in statistical significance（P0.01）.The expression levels of MRP8 were no significant correlations were identified against any parameter（age,sex and cervical lymphatic metastasis） examined（P0.05）,but related to pathological stage（P0.05）. Conclusion： MRP8 protein is on intimate terms with different pathological differentiation stage of LSCC.MRP8,CypA protein may play an important role in the development and progression of LSCC.
