摘　　要：利用Q-SVD分解,得到了2个矩阵广义逆的结构形式,并且在两种定义下分别给出了2个矩阵块独立性的充要条件.By the well-known quoient singular value decomposition（Q-SVD）,we derive the structural representation for the generalized inverses of two matrices,and present corresponding necessary and sufficient conditions for the block independency of two matrices under two different definitions.
