摘 要:对于带地下室的高层建筑,当将地下室顶板作为嵌固端时,在设计计算中必须满足侧向刚度比的要求。但设计中如何考虑地下室外围构件对地下室刚度的贡献还有待研究。文中从抗震规范中关于地下室作为嵌固端条件的条文出发,探讨了影响地下室刚度有效范围的因素;并以某高层框架结构的简化模型为算例,提出确定高层结构地下室刚度有效范围的计算方法。结果表明,地下室抗侧力构件对上部结构的约束力大小与该构件离塔楼的距离和水平向连接构件的刚度有关。文中提出的确定地下室刚度有效范围的计算方法可供参考。Most of tall bui1dings have basements.The ratio between the lateral rigidity of the basement and that of the upside adjacent floor structure should meet norm requirements,if the upper structure is fixed on the top slab of the basement.However,how to consider the contributions of the periphery structural members of the basement is not understood in the design.Based on the seismic code concerning the fixing condition of the basement,the paper addressed the factors affecting the lateral stiffness range of basement in high-rise buildings.Continually,according to the study of a simplified computation model,the approach to determine the lateral rigidity range of basement in high-rise buildings was proposed.It was found that the contributions of the periphery structural members of the basement are both relating to their distance and the stiffness of their horizontal connections to the upper tower.It was shown that the proposed approach to determine the lateral stiffness range of basement in high-rise buildings in this paper can be served as a reference.
