摘  要:胶接缝节段式全体外预应力箱梁具有建设质量能够保证、施工速度快、对周边环境影响小的优点,较好地满足了现代化桥梁的建设发展需要。为了研究其在城市轻轨高架桥中的可行性,以一胶接缝节段式全体外预应力混凝土箱形连续梁为研究对象,提出了节段划分、剪力键、预应力钢束布置等构造要点。按照铁路规范及相关设计指南,采用有限元软件进行分析,计算结果表明,截面应力、挠度及承载力验算均满足规范及指南的要求。这种桥梁形式值得在城市轻轨高架桥中推广。The advantages of externally prestressed segmental box girders with epoxy joints are the high quality of construction,the rapidity of erection and the slight influence on environment.It could meet the development needs of modern bridges.An externally prestressed segmental continuous concrete box girder with epoxy joints was designed and analyzed to study its feasibility for metro viaduct.The study was carried out by segmental division,shear key and prestressing tendons layout.According to the code of railway bridge and related design guidelines,the FEM analysis was carried out and the results showed that the stresses,deflection and bearing capacity could meet the requirements of the code and the guideline.So it is feasible for generalize this kind of bridge to the metro viaduct.
