摘　　要：目的调查护理人员针刺伤状况,探讨现行防护措施的应用效果。方法采用回顾性问卷调查方式,对2007年8月-2008年7月167名护理人员的针刺伤情况进行调查分析。结果 137人发生针刺伤389次,平均约2.33次/人;1~5年护龄组和护士职称组的针刺伤发生频率最高;发生针刺伤的主要操作环节有拔针、加药和分离针头,发生率分别为33.9%、29.3%和24.7%,刺伤后仅少数护士规范地进行处理;77.3%的针刺伤者感到紧张和恐惧;167人中,76.6%认为自己了解预防与刺伤后处理措施,但仅24.6%可正确复述针刺伤后处理方法,两者一致性差（κ=0.180）。结论现行防护措施对职业性针刺伤有一定的防护价值,护理人员的防护意识较弱,加强防护知识宣传教育是进一步降低职业性针刺伤危害的关键。OBJECTIVE To explore the status of needle stick injury（NSI） in nurses and evaluate the efficiency of protective measures performed recently.METHODS The status of NSI of 167 nurses from Aug 2007 to Jul 2008 was investigated with a retrospective questionnaire survey.RESULTS One hundred and thirty-seven nurses（82.0%） were needle stabbed 389 times.The average approximated to 2.33 times /nurse.The frequencies of NSI of 1-5 years professional experience group and nurse（professional title） group were highest.Most NSIs occurred during the processes of pulling needle（33.9%）,adding medication（29.3%） and separating needle（24.7%）.Only a minority dealt with the wound according to the standard procedure when accident occurred.It was reported that 77.3% of nurses who were stabbed felt stress and dread.Of total 167 nurses,76.6% believed that they understood how to prevent NSI and how to treat.However,only 24.6% could answer the last question correctly.The consistency was worse（κ=0.180）.CONCLUSION Current protective measures have certain value for preventing occupational NSI.Because of lacks of personal protective awareness,improving the education of protective knowledge and skill was the key to decrease the risk of occupational NSI.
