摘　　要：随着高等教育大众化进程的加快,高校毕业生的就业形势日益严峻。确保高校就业工作的顺利进展,不仅可以推动社会经济发展,而且是确保社会稳定,构建社会主义和谐社会的有力保障。必须深切提高对高校毕业生就业工作理念的认识,采取积极拓展毕业生就业市场,加强对毕业生的思想教育和就业指导工作,推进就业工作信息化建设,加强毕业生就业工作人员专业化建设等策略,多方位、全角度的促进高校毕业生就业工作。With the acceleration of the popularization of higher education, the employment situation for undergraduates has become ever more urgent. The ensuring of smooth development of college employment work not only boosts social and economic development, but also ensures social stability and construction of a socialist harmonious society. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct the following all - round measures to promote the employment work of undergraduates： to increase the knowledge of guidance work of undergraduates, to actively expand the employment market for undergraduates, to enhance the ideological education and employment guidance of undergraduates, to advance the informational construction of employment guidance work, and to strengthen the professional construction of the staff of such employment guidance.
