2010年寿光市居民恶性肿瘤死亡情况分析

摘　　要：[目的]了解居民恶性肿瘤死亡率及死亡原因,为制订卫生事业发展规划和卫生政策提供科学依据。[方法]对寿光市2010年因恶性肿瘤死亡的居民进行调查。[结果]2010年调查1036087人,恶性肿瘤死亡1808例,死亡率为174.50/10万。居民死亡率(/10万),男性为230.24,女性为117.70;15～34岁为8.29,35～54岁为73.63,55～74岁为481.74,75岁以上为1307.51。居民前4位死因由高到低依次为肺癌、肝癌、胃癌和食管癌,女性为肺癌、肝癌、食道癌和乳腺癌;男性为肺癌、肝癌、胃癌和食管癌。[结论]肺癌、肝癌、胃癌和食管癌是寿光市居民恶性肿瘤的主要死因。[Objective]To understand the mortality rate of malignant tumors and identify major cancer causes of death in Shouguang city,so as to provide scientific basis for public health planning and policy making. [Methods]Deaths due to cancers in Shouguang in 2010 were investigated. [Results]A total of 1 808 deaths were reported with cancers as the underlying cause in 1 036 087 residents in 2010. The mortality rate was 174.50/105. Mortality rate （/10^5） for males and females was 230.24 and 117.70 respectively. The rate in 15-34,35-54,55 74,〉75 age group was 8.29,73.63,481.74, 1 307.51. The top four cancers as the cause of death for males were lung cancer,liver cancer,stomach cancer,and esophagus cancer; for females were lung cancer,liver cancer,esophagus cancer and breast cancer. [Conclusion]The major cancers as cause of death in Shouguang city are lung cancer,liver cancer, stomach cancer,and esophagus cancer.
