摘 要:观测家猪心脏室间隔肌部和膜部的形态及位置关系,为比较解剖学和异种心脏移植提供解剖学依据。56例家猪心脏用100 mL/L甲醛溶液固定48 h,大体解剖观测室间隔肌部和膜部。从右室面观测室间隔肌部,流入道、流出道、前缘、后缘和上缘长度分别为65.47 mm±7.28 mm、100.95 mm±9.81 mm、126.14 mm±16.14 mm、71.28 mm±12.07 mm和75.12 mm±10.55 mm,流入道、流出道和肌梁部厚度分别为18.04 mm±3.65 mm、20.16 mm±3.83 mm和20.90 mm±4.60 mm,室间隔肌部面积为3 584mm2±655 mm2。室间隔膜部按其形状可分为三角形、四边形和其他形状,出现率分别为60.72%、21.43%和17.85%。三尖瓣环口距隔侧瓣附着缘的最远距离为7.23 mm±1.84 mm。家猪心脏室间隔肌部形态结构与人类相似,但大小有一定差异;膜部位于隔侧瓣附着缘以上,面积普遍小于人心,膜部形状在构成比例上与人心有较大差别。To observe the anatomical structure of the muscular and membranous interventricular septum of pig heart and further provide data for comparative anatomy and cardiac xenotransplantation,the gross anatomical observation of muscular and membranous interventricular septum was conducted on 56 pig hearts which were fixed by 100 mL/L formaldehyde for 48 h.From the right muscular interventricular septum,the lengths of inflow tract and outflow tract were 65.47 mm±7.28 mm and 100.95 mm±9.81 mm,the lengths of anterior edge,posterior edge,and superior edge were 126.14 mm±16.14 mm,71.28 mm±12.07 mm and 75.12 mm±10.55 mm,and the thickness of inflow,outflow and trabeculae carneae tract were 18.04 mm±3.65 mm,20.16 mm±3.83 mm and 20.90 mm±4.60 mm,respectively.The area of the muslcular interventrical septum was 3 584 mm2±655 mm2.The membranous interventricular septum could be divided into three types by shape: triangular,quadrangular,and other shapes,whose occurrence rate were 60.72%,21.43% and 17.85%,respectively.The longest distance between tricuspid valve annulus and lineae of cuspis medialis was 7.23 mm±1.84 mm.The pig's muscular interventricular septum is similar with that of human being in the shape and structure,partly different in size.Moreover,The pig's membranous interventricular septum is located upper than the cuspis medialis and it is smaller than that of human being.The proprtions of membranous shape are different between pig and human.
