摘　　要：这是一篇商榷性文章,分为三部分:第一部分是我对奥肯定律的理解和改造;第二部分是本文的主体,分析了作者的主要失误,如假设离谱、数据质量差、变量选择不当、结论不符合实际和所列出的原因没有说服力;第三部分指出了在经济研究中应用数学方法需要遵守以经济理论为指导、吃透中国国情、对症下药、不要把简单问题复杂化等原则。This is an arguable paper and divided into three parts.The first part is my understanding and transformation of Okun＇s Law.The second part is the subject of this article,the author analyzes the major mistakes,such as the outrageous assumption,data of poor quality,inappropriate choice of variables,the conclusion is not realistic and the reasons listed not convincing.The third section identifies the application of mathematics in economic research methods need to follow several principles.
