摘 要:研究阴外动脉灌注脂多糖(LPS)对泌乳奶牛动脉血液中脂肪酸组成、摄取及血液脂质指标的影响。选用6头经产的荷斯坦奶牛(BW=(576.33±36.67)kg,DIM=(185.67±30.11)d),随机分成2组。采用交叉试验设计,每期试验7 d,间隔期14 d;试验组阴外动脉灌注LPS(Escherichia coli O111 B4,0.01μg.kg-1体重),对照组阴外动脉灌注生理盐水。结果表明,阴外动脉灌注LPS未显著影响动脉血浆中脂肪酸的组成(P>0.05),但有增加血浆中T-FA量、SFA含量、SLFA含量和CLFA含量的趋势。与对照组相比,LPS组不同程度的提高了乳腺对碳链长度大于16的脂肪酸摄取率,除对C20的摄取率达到极显著水平(P<0.01)外,对其余脂肪酸的摄取率影响差异不显著(P>0.05)。与对照组相比,试验组动脉血浆中CHOL含量显著提高(P<0.05),HDLD含量和LDLD含量有提高的趋势(P>0.05)。结果显示,LPS能动员机体的脂类代谢,以抵抗LPS对动物机体诱发的炎症反应。This paper was designed to evaluate plasma fatty acids profile,uptake and lipid indexes in response to LPS challenge following intra-external pudic arterial in dairy cows.Six multiparous,lactating Holstein cows received a single,small dose of LPS(Escherichia coli O111:B4) in 10 mL of sterile saline(0.9% NaCl) solution(0.01 μg.kg-1 BW) or sterile saline solution alone(control treatment) in one of a two-week randomized crossover study.The results showed that plasma fatty acids profile was not significantly affected(P0.05),but tented to increase the content of T-FA,SFA,SLFA and CLFA.Compared to the control,LPS challenge increased mammary gland uptake for the length of carbon chain more than sixteen in various degrees(P0.05) excepted for C20(P0.01).The challenge also increased the plasma content of CHOL(P0.05),HDLD(P0.05) and LDLD(P0.05).It could be concluded that LPS mobilized lipid metabolism for the inflammation.
