摘　　要：临床教学医院不仅承担着救死扶伤的使命,还肩负着培养艺术精湛、医德高尚医学人才的重任,以实现学科和人才的可持续发展,本文探讨了临床教学医院师资培养的重要性和具体举措。Clinical teaching hospitals not only bear the life-saving mission but also shoulder the responsibility of producing medical personnel with excellent medical skills and lofty medical ethics in order to achieve the sustainable development of the discipline and talents. This paper discusses the importance and specific measures of teacher training in clinical teaching hospitals.
